Rachel believes movement is for everybody and enjoys coaching a wide range of people to achieve their health, fitness, and movement goals. Before studying to be a personal trainer Rachel trained and worked as a dancer which fired her passion for movement and gave her an eye for detail.

Having stumbled across Animal Flow 7 years ago Rachel fell in love with the modality and is now a level 2 Animal Flow instructor and Regional Leader. Having gone through a spinal injury and major back surgery she understands the roadblocks that can come with movement training, how it feels to start at the beginning, and the mindset required to deal with setbacks along the way. She loves celebrating the small wins with her clients and students with an emphasis on enjoying the whole process.
